Put a fresh spin on nutrition education with this colorful activity ball! Designed for grades 7 through adult (ages 12 and up), the inflatable activity ball features 60 questions covering a wide range of nutrition topics, including essential nutrients; added sugars, saturated fat, and sodium; food groups; oils; healthy food choices; calorie balance; and much more. The questions help assess players’ knowledge of essential nutrition information that can guide them in establishing healthy eating habits.

 

Playing with the Nutrition Throw & Know Ball is easy and allows facilitators to modify play to accommodate group size and the specific needs of their players. Two or more players simply toss the ball to one another. When players catch the ball, they simply answer the question underneath or closest to their right thumb. The included activity guide provides answers to the 60 questions on the ball. Great for health education classes, after-school programs, community education, and more.
