Latex Notice


Health Edco and Childbirth Graphics products are manufactured in a facility that handles latex. If a Health Edco or Childbirth Graphics product contains latex, latex notification appears in the product description.


Quotes


To request a quote, Log In with your existing account, or Register to create an online account. Once logged into your account, select Request a Quote from the top right-hand corner of the page. Once you have submitted your quote request, you will receive a response within 2 business days. If you prefer, you can contact our Customer Service team at 855-510-5720 (Canada customers call 1-800-299-3366), or email us at customerservice@healthedco.com.


Order Status


To view a list of recent purchases and their current status, log into your account. Select Welcome “Your Name” next to the shopping cart at the top right-hand corner of the page, and then select Account Overview. If you do not have an online account, please contact our Customer Service team at 855-510-5720 (Canada customers call 1-800-299-3366), or email us at customerservice@healthedco.com.


Minimum Purchase and Pricing


The minimum purchase required is $50.00 for US customers. The minimum purchase required is $100.00 USD for Canada customers.

Shipping


Orders will ship complete within 3 weeks unless additional lead time is required. Customer Service will contact you if any items require additional lead time. You may also contact us by phone at 855-510-6720 (Canada customers call 1-800-299-3366), or email us at customerservice@healthedco.com regarding item availability.

Orders shipping outside the US will be billed in US dollars and are subject to additional fees for duties, taxes and customs clearance fees in addition to shipping.

For all shipping options other than FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery for residential within the contiguous United States, please contact us at 855-510-6720 (Canada customers call 1-800-299-3366), or email us at customerservice@healthedco.com. If you are shipping to a residential address, you must select Home Delivery to complete the order.


Taxes


Customers shipping to California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, or Texas will be charged applicable sales or use tax calculated at checkout. If you have a valid exemption certificate in any of these states, please contact our Customer Service team at 855-510-6720 (Canada customers call 1-800-299-3366), or email us at customerservice@healthedco.com for assistance with your taxable status.


Payments


All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept:

  • American Express
  • Mastercard
  • Visa

  • Payments must be made in US dollars. Please contact Customer Service to pay by any other form of accepted US dollar payments:

    • Wire Transfer
  • Check/E-Check

  • All orders shipping outside the US must be prepaid.


    Purchase Orders


    Customers approved for Net 30 day payment terms may place an order using a purchase order. Please send a copy of the purchase order by:

  • Returns and Refunds Policy


    You deserve to be confident that what you purchase has met our Superior Quality Standards and yours. If an item breaks within normal use, we will accept a warranty return when you contact us and return the item within 1 year of the invoice date. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and issue a prepaid (RA) label. Your account will be credited or the merchandise will be replaced and we will pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.

    If any item you received does not match what was ordered, or if an item is found to be defective or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately to receive a prepaid (RA) label and return the item within 90 days of the invoice date. Your account will be credited or the merchandise will be replaced, and we will pay the shipping cost for the replacement item.

    If any item simply does not meet your needs, please contact us and return the item within 90 days of the invoice date. Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. If the Return Authorization (RA) number is not included on the package returned to our warehouse, the return process may be delayed. Shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of shipping errors or defective/damaged items (see above). We recommend using the original shipping container as well as the same shipper that delivered the product (for example, FedEx). All returned packages must be fully insured. We are not responsible for uninsured packages. We reserve the right to deny credit for merchandise if it is returned incomplete, abused, or in otherwise unsellable condition.


    Custom items/Special Order Items/Bulk orders


    Custom items, special order items, and items ordered in bulk quantities cannot be canceled once production has begun or items have been ordered from the vendor. These items are not returnable.
