This handy nutrition teaching tool and physical activity education guide is a great way to show approximately how many minutes of walking, bicycling, swimming, or jumping rope are required to burn the calories in a serving of a variety of common foods—all with the turn of a dial! The wheel provides information about the calorie, fat, and fiber content of 72 foods, including foods from all the food groups (meat and meat substitutes, cereal products, fruits & vegetables, and milk products & substitutes) as well as fats, combination foods, and other items, such as sweets, chips, and spirits.
