Using the HEALTH EDCO websiteItem searchEvery item currently available in the HEALTH EDCO catalogs — and more — can be found on this website. Items can be searched by product name, subject, product type, item number, or Spanish/bilingual products. If you know the name of the product you are searching for, type in the product name in the Quick Search box. If you know the product number, enter the appropriate number in the box, and click Go. If you are having trouble locating a particular item, please click on the Live Operator link and ask a customer service representative for assistance. If you want to browse by subject, you have the option of viewing products we carry in a particular subject or choosing exactly what type of product you need for that subject. Click on the Products button at the top of the page to view subjects. Live operatorLive Operator is a feature that allows you to initiate a live chat session with a customer service representative. We have operators available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Central Time, USA. Ordering infoYou have the option of ordering from our company via phone, mail, fax, or Internet. If you would like to have an online account with us, please read the following procedures. If you are an individual or company ordering with a credit card, you can immediately set up your profile and place an order with our company. You have the option of setting up your profile at the beginning of your session by clicking on My Account, or you can wait until after you place your order and checkout. If you are a new customer wanting to order online with terms, you will need to fill out an online credit application after setting up your profile, and we will get back with you within 48 hours. You can also contact a customer service representative at 1-800-299-3366 ext. 295. The representative will set up your online account while on the phone and get credit approval, if needed, for new customers. After this process is complete, you can order online with a purchase order.
