Return Policy
If a return is necessary, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return. A prepaid Authorization Return Service (ARS) label will be issued for all returns involving shipping errors and/or damaged or defective merchandise. Shipping charges for all other returns will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using the original shipping container as well as the same shipper that delivered the product (UPS). All packages must be fully insured. We cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Health Edco reserves the right to deny credit for merchandise if it is returned incomplete, abused, or not in sellable condition.
If an RGA number does not accompany a return to our warehouse, the return process and customer credit may be delayed.
Ordering info
You can order from us by phone, mail, fax, or Internet. If you are an individual or company ordering with a credit card, you can set up an online account and place your order immediately. You can either set up your profile at the beginning of your session by clicking on “Create an account,” or you can wait until after you place your order and check out. Your profile will consist of your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and company information. You can view your shipping addresses and request changes while viewing your profile. You may also change your password at any time.
If you are a new customer and want to order online with terms, fill out an online credit application after setting up your profile, and we’ll get back to you within 48 business hours. You can also contact a customer service rep at 800.299.3366 ext. 295. Your rep will set up your online account and get credit approval, if necessary. After this process is complete, you can order online with a purchase order.

Payment and pricing
Organizations with an authorized purchase order may be invoiced with terms of net 30 subject to credit approval. Individuals must remit a check or money order with their order or use MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Orders under $50 must be prepaid. Booklets and pamphlets require a minimum order of 50.
Health Edco makes every effort to avoid pricing changes. However, because of potential unforeseen circumstances, all prices are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes in price before your order is filled.
Non-U.S. orders may be subject to currency and handling surcharges from local distributors.
Out-of-stock items
Please check with a customer service representative for availability of a product or for an approximate shipping date. You may do this by phone, e-mail, or Live Chat.
Imprinted items
Many of our products are designed with a special area to imprint your organization’s name, logo, and message. (We prefer that you supply us with camera-ready artwork.) There may be a one-time, initial setup charge of $25.00 on imprinted items. We reserve the right to ship and bill 5% over or under the ordered amount on imprinted merchandise. Your order will ship 4–6 weeks after final artwork has been approved.
Shipping info
You should receive your order 7–10 days after shipment. Imprinted merchandise may take longer (see “Imprinted items” above). Unless otherwise requested, all domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. We also offer rush delivery via UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3-Day Select. Please call our Customer Service Department for a freight quote, for rush freight service, or for special shipping instructions. Special shipping instructions or requests must be noted on incoming orders and will be charged an extra $5.00 handling fee.
